However, no matter how good the function is, if the quality is not good, the PE protective film is still useless. Therefore, the following five issues need to be paid attention to when testing the quality of PE protective film:
1. PE protective film should have low crystal points. The fewer crystal points, the higher the manufacturing level of the protective film and the better the quality of the protective film.
2. The protective film has good weather resistance and adhesive strength stability. The peel strength does not increase significantly after a few days or long pasting, and it is easy to remove. When removed, there is no residual glue on the protected surface and no shadow.
3. The protective film has good adhesion to the material to be protected. During material handling and processing, the protective film will not warp or fall off.
4. The protective film adhesive is inert and will not chemically react with the surface of the material to be adhered.
5. Tensile strength, elastic modulus, elongation, etc. that meet user requirements.
